Fully automated stock reporting system detailing, live stock, allocated stock, temporary out of stock items, stock adjustments including returns. A.S.M.S. is interfaced with our reporting systems, allowing all stock related reporting to be obtained in real time.

Banking of Cheques
We bank into all major UK clearing banks in Jersey, offering highly competetive Offshore Banking.

Barcode dispatch confirmation
All orders are Barcoded and scanned upon dispatch from our Offshore Warehousing facility, this provides exact confirmation of date and time of release into both Jersey Postand Guernsey Post. Barcoding and tracking provides your customers with piece of mind and fast detailed response from our call center staff regarding order status.

Checking goods inwards
All orders arriving at our Offshore facilities are fully screened and checked for declared quantity and condition of merchandise.We give immediate acknowledgement of all orders and amounts received into our secure facility.

Customer profiling
Complete customer profiling, provided by our systems and Crystal Reports, providing in depth and accurate information on all your customers.

Ecommerce order processing
A complete e-fulfilment solution provided by ODF called Web Relay, is a fully automated software solution that can process order's 24 hours a day, with credit card banking and anti-fraud risk assement on all payments received. Detailed reporting to the customer and to your company advising of each step of the order processing and payment procedures. Acceptance of all major credit cards including AMEX.

Front & Back-end service
Complete order processing and fulfilment undertaken aswell as a backend service only if required.

Mail sort
Daily mail sort and order processing and input including payment reconciliation with reporting if applicable.

Mailing
Mailings undertaken, with franking (Jersey and Guernsey Indicia) into UK and Europe (First Class Service only)

Offshore Mailing address
A secure Offshore mailing address and Mail Forwarding is available upon request, serviced daily by ODF.

Orders received either by the ODF Call Centre or via an outside call centre
Full access to ODF call center with processing, or interface with outside call center and data transfer, directly into our ODF SQL systems.

PR & Marketing Support
Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing support can be provided for clients on a project or on-going basis for both on and offline activity. This can also include booking of advertisements. In addition this can include photography, press releases, promotional items and brochures, advice on labelling and design, multilingual adaptation, and advice on product development.
