Goods supplied by mail order from our warehouse and call centre there do not attract any sales tax, which can be in excess of 10% in some states. (eg 11.6% in Florida) In addition some clients are using ADF to fulfill products into their European customers which for one reason or another are not suitable to be sent from the Channel Islands.
ADF supplies distribution throughout the USA and Pacific Rim. It is well situated with close proximity to main Fedex air and ground hubs offering preferential rates and service for high-speed trackable deliveries at competitive cost. In addition ADF holds an undertaking with the United States Postal Service including daily pickups, mail sortation and injection into the postal systems.
ADF have a fully functional call centre, that handles inbound, high volume traffic for all direct response requirements, we operate the latest state of the art Avaya technology for our call centre systems and can provide tailor-made solutions for all your contact centre requirements. ADF can handle credit card payment processing and deal with all the major-merchant providers and banking centres.
Secure warehousing is provided in our 50,000 sqft facility, which is alarmed and temperature controlled to ensure that goods are stored in pristine condition.
