Offshore Distribution & Fulfilment was established in 2001 to meet the growing need for tax-efficient offshore front and back end fulfillment services following the expansion of online and catalogue retailing.

ODF is now the most established independent fulfillment service provider in the Channel Islands. The company has a fulfilment centre in Jersey and a logistics consolidation centre in Southampton adjacent to the main sea-freight terminals.

ODF works with strategic partners to achieve optimum postal and freight charges, effective technology solutions and professional legal and tax advice to ensure service levels are of the highest possible quality.
